Complete this application if you are not a member and would like to obtain a GS1 Company Prefix to create U.P.C. bar codes for your products or Global Location Numbers (GLNs) to identify your company locations. Once you begin the application, a temporary account is created for you. You will create a temporary User ID and Password that are used only for re-entry into the membership application until it is complete. You will receive confirmation of your User ID and Password via email. Your completed application will be processed within 1 business day after receiving your payment. Pending applications will be purged from our online system in 60 days. It will be necessary to complete a new application after 60 days.
